What payments do you accept?
You can pay by credit card or debit card, as well Apple wallet or Google wallet. My shop runs on Shopify, and everything is handled securely through their Shop Pay portal.
How do I get my eBooks on my device?
Just follow the instructions in the email from the good folks at Bookfunnel, who do my eBook fulfillment. If you have any trouble, they provide outstanding, personalized help from real people.
Why buy direct?
By buying direct, you make it possible for me to create wonderful deals, special merch, and most of all: spend more time to writing! That's because author-direct sales provide a living wage. On some platforms, I only receive 5% of the book price, so you are truly making a difference by shopping here. Thank you!

Where do you ship?
Currently, I ship physical books and merch in the USA only. eBooks and Audiobooks can be ordered internationally. For international customers who want physical books, please go here. Find the series you want, then find the book you want, then choose among the listed vendors.
How long does shipping take?
Books ship within 2-3 days of your order. Please allow 2-5 business days for arrival. In a hurry? Choose expedited shipping!
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email from me showing your tracking information. Click on the link provided in the email to view the current status and location of your shipment. If you encounter any issues or have further questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Why is my order coming in separate packages?
If you order a mix of paper books and merch, it will probably be coming from 2 or more locations, in which case you'll have multiple packages. (Yay for fun mail!)
RETURNS
How do I return an item?
If your item arrives damaged or you're otherwise unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 30 days of purchase to make arrangements for a return. I'm happy to make it right!
How long does a return take?
I'll notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since I’ve approved your return, please contact me.
Can I exchange my item?
The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EBOOKS AND AUDIOBOOKS
I can't find my eBook/audiobook! Can you help me?
Absolutely! First thing I recommend is checking your spam folder. Email is wonderful, but sometimes important things get sent there. You're looking for an email from BookFunnel, my eBook and audiobook delivery service. Still no email? No worries! Click this link - My.BookFunnel.com - and log in with the email you used at checkout. (Very important to use that email address.) If it's your first time logging in, you'll be able to create a password. All your books (even from other authors using BookFunnel!) are stored here and can be sent to other apps too!
I can't get my book to show on my device. Can you help?
If you still can't get the ebook on your device, please use the contact form in the footer. I will get you in touch with BookFunnel support. They are AMAZING and can get you set up right away!
Why aren't all your books available in Audiobook format?
I'm working on it! I work with voice actors who are paid a living wage, so I have to space out my production costs. If you have a favorite book you'd like to get in audio format, let me know using the contact form!
